The Lift Pan is designed for spill containment of liquids and dry materials from within the Lift Basket work area. It is made of a high strength vinyl covered polyester grid and has windows to aid visibility. The Lift Pan has a maximum working capacity of 15 gallons.
The unique tensioning system prevents the Lift Pan from being blown off by wind or other physical contact.
Spilled liquids can cause costly damage and possible injury to people or objects below. If materials are spilled, the Lift Pan is able to safely contain them so they can be recaptured or disposed of properly.
Spilled liquids can be drained at floor level using the valve at the bottom of the Lift Pan. Workers can also attach a hose to the Lift Pan to drain or remove liquids from overhead equipment.
Dry materials can also be contained by the lift pan. When water and other liquids are not a variable, a closed cap can be used. There are also straining attachments to allow water or other liquids to escape, while capturing solid materials.
